I called not knowing the shop was closed, the owner picked up and opened the shop to help me out. She went out of her way and the flowers where beautiful. Plus the shop has all you need flowers, candy, balloons and stuffed animals.

Amazing work, I’ve ordered flowers here several times. Whether it be deliver or pickup I’m greeted with a smile, and to top it off the prices are great. Highly recommend 5/5 stars!

I ordered same day delivery from the other side of the world with poor phone service and Joy called to let me know they were out of the package I ordered but compiled and delivered a bouquet my wife loved. Will definitely use them again.

I first met Joy (via) phone in 2008, 1 yr after my uncle had passed due to a number of service related problems. His wife wanted to place some flowers on his grave. I gave Joy the information on where he was buried and she not only got the flowers to his grave, she took the time to take a photo so it could be shared with my aunt. When I called upon her again to deliver flowers at a friends retirement, she again went above and beyond the call to deliver A+++++ service. She is the only florist I go to in Killeen because I know she will do the job right the first time.--- COL(R) J. Barber

On 24 June my mentor and close friend retired, and Ms Joy went out of her way to make it special. I thought she was retiring on Friday, but her last day was Thursday. Ms Joy, took my order at 9 AM delivered a beautify arrangement of flowers before my friend left the office for the last time. A Flower's Touch is #1 in my book!! My sincere thanks to Ms. Joy and her entire staff for making yesterday so special for me and my mentor. I will always cherish what you did to make the day special. -- A. Barber

I highly recommend this florist. Due to work circumstances, I wasn't able to get the time to contact a florist in the Ft. Hood area to order flower arrangements for that special lady in my life until late in the day on a Saturday. I live in Washington state. I used this florists website to pick a fall basket arrangement and then called to place a custom arrangement order to go along with the basket arrangement. I asked it it was too late in the business day to get the orders delivered that day and was told regrettably no, but that they could deliver it the next day, on Sunday. I pointed out that the website showed they were closed on Sundays, but the florist assured me that delivery would be made and without any additional fees beyond the standard ones. I gave the florist a price range, the primary color and three accompanying colors, and my permission to use their creativity to create the arrangement. The florist rocked the custom order and delivered both arrangements as stated! My special lady was brought to tears.

I ordered from out of state for my Mom, and the bouquet got there on time despite them being overloaded with Mother's Day orders. The flowers were super fresh, bright, and beautifully arranged. I will be shopping here for all my flowers for her. Thank you guys, you rock!
